Withdraw from the contract

No login needed. Within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw from your subscription and get that payment back in full, even if you have already used the software. Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal.

With the key, the refund is made at once. Without it we identify your subscription by email and complete the refund within two working days.

By pressing the button you withdraw from the contract. The subscription ends and the licence is deactivated.

What happens next

  • We confirm on screen and by email, without delay: the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.
  • Your first payment is refunded in full to the card you paid with, at the latest within 14 days. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 days.
  • The subscription ends and the licence is deactivated: the program stops opening new trades. Positions it already opened keep their stop and target.
  • After the 14 days, renewals are not refunded; your request then stops the renewal and we answer you within two working days.

You can also withdraw by email to [email protected] with a clear statement, for example: "I withdraw from my contract for Opening Bell, licence key ..., ordered on ...". See the subscription terms.
