Privacy & cookies
Short version: this website sets no cookies, has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no embedded third-party content. The only thing it remembers is your light or dark theme choice, in your own browser. If you subscribe directly, we keep only what the licence needs.
Last updated: 17 October 2026. Draft pending legal review.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data for this website is SBP PROGRAMĂRI S.R.L., Romania, Trade Register number J2019001052082, CUI 40758358. Registered office: Str. Pârâului nr. 24, bl. E17, sc. B, ap. 3, Brașov, Romania. Contact: see the contact page.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting. There is therefore no cookie banner. Pages load no fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
If you choose the light or dark theme with the button at the top of the page, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the next page opens in the same theme. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data. Without a choice, the site follows your device setting.
Hosting
The website is a set of static pages hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks, the hosting provider processes technical data of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep it in logs for a short time. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Statistics
We do not use analytics today. If we add visitor statistics later, we will use a tool that sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors, and we will update this page before we turn it on.
When you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your address and your message only to answer you and to provide support. We keep the correspondence as long as needed for support and for our legal obligations, and we do not share it with anyone except our email provider.
Direct subscription: payment
Payments for the direct subscription are handled by Link, a service of Stripe, as the seller of record. Link collects your payment details, billing address and email under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. We never see your full card number. Link shares with us what we need to provide the subscription: your email address, your country, the plan you chose and the status of your payments.
When you press a Subscribe button, our server reads the country that Cloudflare derives from your IP address, only to refuse the checkout where we are not allowed to sell (the United States). The country is not stored, and neither is the IP address of that request. After a payment, we use the billing country Link sends us for the same check.
Direct subscription: licence
To provide the licence we keep: your licence key, your email address, the trading account number you chose, the plan and its status. Once an hour, the direct edition of the software sends to our licence server the licence key, the trading account number, the broker server name and the software version; the server also sees the IP address of the request. We do not receive your account balance, your trades, your passwords or anything else from your terminal.
- Purpose and legal basis: providing the subscription you bought and preventing the licence from being shared (performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in protecting the software).
- Processors: the licence server and its database run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States; these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- How long: while your subscription is active, and up to 12 months after it ends, so that a returning subscriber or a refund or dispute can be handled. IP addresses in the server logs are kept for at most 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Cancellations, withdrawals and emails
When you use the cancellation or withdrawal form, we keep what you entered (name, email address, licence key, order date, reason), the date and time we received it and what was done, for 3 years, as proof of your request and of our answer. To send confirmations and renewal reminders we use an email delivery provider, [email provider: to be chosen], which processes the email address and the message on our behalf. Sent messages are deleted from our system after 90 days.
The MQL5 Market
Purchases, rentals and the MQL5 signal are handled by MQL5 (MetaQuotes), under their own privacy policy. When you buy there, we may see your MQL5 user name, as shown to every seller. The MQL5 Market edition of the software does not collect or send any data.
Links to other websites
Links to MQL5 and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to us to exercise these rights; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro; you can also contact the authority of the country where you live or work.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not take decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require one for our activity. This website and the software are not intended for people under 18.
